About the role

In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless data flow across our HR and corporate technology ecosystem, enabling the People to operate efficiently and effectively across multiple platforms.

As a workday HR systems Manager, you will leverage your expertise in Workday integrations, data exchange protocols, and system architecture to ensure that our integrations are robust, scalable, and aligned with business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders and leadership teams -ensuring that the integration solutions are secure, reliable, and future-proof.

What you will do

Reporting & Analytics

  • Design, develop, and maintain Workday custom reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite).
  • Build and optimize dashboards for HR, business leaders, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting.
  • Translate HR, Finance, and business requirements into actionable reports.
  • Support compliance reporting, including audits and regulatory needs (GDPR, EEO, local labor laws).

Integrations

  • Design, build, test, and maintain integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio.
  • Manage and troubleshoot inbound and outbound integrations with third-party systems (e.g., payroll, benefits, recruiting).
  • Ensure integrations meet security, scalability, and performance standards.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors on integration projects and issue resolution.

System Support & Continuous Improvement

  • Provide technical expertise on Workday configuration changes related to reporting and integrations.
  • Participate in Workday release testing and assess impacts on reports and integrations.
  • Document processes, configurations, and integration flows for knowledge sharing.
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve data accessibility.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Proven experience with Workday Reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) and Workday Integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio).
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and collaboration with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance (GDPR, EEO, local labor regulations).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on experience troubleshooting integrations.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Adaptability to new system releases, tools, and processes.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Workday Prism Analytics and/or BIRT reporting.
  • Familiarity with other HRIS systems or cloud-based platforms.
  • Background in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience working in an international environment with complex compliance requirements.
  • Knowledge of Agile or project management methodologies.
  • Certification in Workday Reporting or Integrations.
