Energy Trading

Whether you want to buy or sell renewable energy: BayWa r.e. helps you navigate the market with our extensive experience in energy trading.

In addition to the direct marketing of decentralised renewable energy and CHP plants, we support plants with expiring subsidies and the further expansion of unsubsidised renewable energy projects via Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs). By participating in the balancing energy market, wind plant operators can generate attractive additional revenues.

Additionally, via flexibility management, we support the renewable energy transition at scale, with optimised battery energy storage systems, tailored trading concepts and flexibility management.
